I know many of you, as I am, are waiting for the next update
regarding Oceanside Wealth.From what I know, they are getting ready for the first round
of payouts (commission run) around the 15th. At this point,
you’ll get an email and probably a backoffice notification of
your next “pay-in” sometime between Sept. 15-30th…so be on
the lookout for that around then.They are finalizing setting up their bank, so the plan is to be
able to use your normal credit/debit cards (without 3rd party
payment processors) and that will be set up on auto-payment
for your monthly fees.The corporate bank account is also what will allow them to roll
out the forex trading, which is supposedly working and ready to
be launched, but they need the bank in place.I know this is *slightly* frustrating, but I am pretty confident
that if they can get the commissions paid and the forex launched
(and producing results) then Oceanside Wealth WILL be gaining
a second wave of momentum and interest. At this point, a lot of
people are waiting for the company to prove themselves and get
past these initial hurdles.Bear with me if you can - cause I’m just giving you the scoop

Quick update for members of the OceansideWealthBuilder.com
websites.
After this weekend, I will be temporarily no longer accepting
new members for the URL Rotation upgrade until I put some more
traffic generation systems into place and make sure the traffic
is being rotated on a consistent basis. Currently, it looks
like traffic is being rotated to the pages about once per day,
on average. I want that number to be much more than that.
The site is at the top of google for “Oceanside Wealth” and
traffic will naturally pick up as more people start promoting
and joining the company.
That being said, if you were holding out on this, now is a good
time to lock in as I do not know exactly when I will open this

Oceanside Wealth Announces Upgrades to the Pay Plan
** below is a copy & paste from a private team forum post **
The Oceanside Wealth matrix gets a new member into profit with only 6 people below them, with zero sponsoring requirements.
This, to our knowledge is the fastest possible qualification for “profit” in the industry. And we pride ourselves on this. Because what it means for our “team builders” is that their new people have the highest chance in the industry to get “into profit”, and once a member is in profit….we know ……that they don’t quit. So the constant “battle of attrition” where we as marketers are always having to fill in “gaps” in our matrix from people who quit, has been eliminated about as much as we possibly can.
The second thing that you would need to realize to understand why our matrix pays out the way it does, is that if you add in the numbers that are actually being paid for each member per level, then factor in the 50% matching bonuses, & the car bonus, we’re actually paying out around $175 per member with about a 15% profit for Oceanside so that they can pay for things like “Staff”, “Office space”, Software Updates, etc. It doesn’t take too long to realize that if a member is only paying $60 per month in membership fees, and we’re paying out $175 per person over 10 levels with matching bonuses and a car bonus……that some extra “qualifications” will need to occur.
The facts are that a 2×10 matrix has 10 levels, and that we only have a $60 monthly “autoship” fee, where as most other big MLM’s charge $125+ per month, and have much larger matrixes such as 3×8’s. Yet our payplan is comparable to other MLM’s high end, and our low end simply blows them away. We believe that the fact that people get into profit with only 6 below them is a big “missing piece” of the puzzle that most other MLM companies simply lack.
Many other companies take around 30 people in their downlines to “break even” and to be honest most people quit long before that happens.
6 people….is another story. It’s easy. It’s a goal that is well within reach and always “visible” to a new member.
SUMMARY OF CHANGES MADE:
We re-distributed earnings per level to make this matrix more favorable to those in levels 4-8, while still maintaining our advantage of getting people into profit with only 6 people under them in Phase 1.
We eliminated the House Bonus on level 10, because people earning over $30,000 per month can already afford a new home, and we lowered the total earnings on level 10, but we increased the earnings of matching check bonuses, so our “recruiters” will actually make a ridiculously larger monthly income over the long haul.
We realized that only the most dedicated of Team Builders were going to fully qualify levels 9 and 10, and we felt by rewarding levels 4-8 significantly that we would create a more stable, positive, and growing environment for not only the company, but for each member.
WE DECIDED THAT THE 20/80 RULE SUCKED!!!! AND DECIDED TO LET EACH MEMBER KEEP MORE CASH IN THEIR POCKETS EACH MONTH. WE NOW INTRODUCE THE 40/60 RULE! YOU GET TO CASH OUT 40% OF YOUR MATRIX EARNINGS EACH MONTH, AND 60% WILL GO INTO YOUR FOREX ACCOUNT. WE HOPE YOU ENJOY THE EXTRA UP FRONT CASH IN YOUR POCKET!
PAYPLAN BREAKDOWN LEVEL BY LEVEL WITH EXPLANATION:
PHASE 1 – No Qualifications To Earn
Level 1 (2 members total) = We Pay $5 per member = $10 earned on this level = $10 total earned per month.
This level is pretty self explanatory. There are only 2 people in it, and by filling it through either your efforts or spillover your monthly membership fee is cut by $10, leaving your risk at only $50/month.
Level 2 (4 members total) = We pay $15 per member = $60 earned on this level. =$70 total earned per month.
This level I feel is one of the key elements to this entire program. A member is now $10 in profit with only 6 people underneath them. Of course by paying out $15 per person on this level and $5 on the first level one can easily see that we’re already paying out $20 per person on the first 2 levels. This is one of the big reasons that Phase 2 has the qualifications that it does. But we feel, that our low “attrition” rate due to how easy it is for a member to get into profit, combined with the ability to earn passively in our FOREX program will greatly assist with matrix growth, thereby mitigating the qualifications necessary to earn on each level in phase 2.
Level 3 (8 members total) = We pay $5 per memer - $40 earned on this level = $110 total earned per month.
This level is also fairly self explanatory. With only 8 members wide and 14 total for phase one, our members now have their $60 membership fee paid for each month, but they are also able to cash out an additional $50 per month. If you had 14 people under you in another company you would most likely not even be ½ way to breaking even on your monthly fees. Phase 1 we feel will help provide long term stability in the growth of our team matrices. (Keep in mind we’ve now paid out $25 per person before entering into Phase 2.
There are NO extra qualifications to earn through all levels of Phase 1. We are very confident that a member in Profit, will never have a reason to quit. This will provide amazing stability for our Matrix growth, and allow our “team builders” to continue through Phase 2 in confidence.

Qualifications: In Order To Earn On Any Member In Phase 2, they must be in Phase 2 themselves.
What this means is that as you are filling your levels 4-10, as soon as a member in any of these levels enters Phase 2 themselves, then you will earn on them regardless if your level is full or not.
This qualification allows us to pay $175 per person over the course of the entire payplan while also allowing Oceanside Wealth to profit as a business. Without this qualification we could only pay something like $1 per level or less at this point. I’m sure that all of you will agree that $1 per member on each level is simply not as attractive as what we are about to show you.

Level 4 (16 members total) = We pay $20 per member = $320 earned on this level = $430 total earned per month. **You cash out $172 per month and $258 goes into your Forex Account each month**
(You must have 1 personally sponsored member to earn on this level. *hint* If you absolutely can’t recruit, you can afford to pay for them!)
We realize that waiting for each member on level 4 to qualify for their own Phase 2 will take a little while for some people, so we’re paying you $20 per member to thank you for your patience. Keep in mind that at this point in time you have built a team of 30 total people in your matrix. For those of you Leaders out there tallying your matching check bonuses, you’d be earning $160 per personally sponsored members who achieve this very doable level each month (remember we don’t count phase 1 earnings so we subtract that from the totals to reach this matching check number). So if you had 10 personally sponsored members who were all qualified on this level, you would earn an additional $1600 per month. But we think you’re going to like level 5 even better.
Level 5( 32 members total) = We pay $14 per member =$448 earned on this level = $878 total earned per month. ** You cash out $351.20 each month and $528.80 goes into your Forex Account each month**
(You must have 3 personally sponsored members to earn on this level. *hint* If you absolutely can’t recruit, you can afford to pay for them!)
In our previous matrix earnings, members were only going to earn $2 per member on this level which totaled for an increase of $64. We did not feel this was going to be an incentive for members to build up into and through this level. So we eliminated the House Bonus (which was kind of redundant for people with a full matrix anyway) and we distributed the bulk of that money into this much “more achievable for the masses level”.
We felt this was pretty close to earning $1,000 per month and that this was a magic number of sorts. Someone earning $1,000 per month or more from their home based business is generally experiencing a life changing income.
We also felt that “doubling the income” from level 4 to level 5 was a big plus that would encourage people to want to hit this level.
We know that thousands of people are going to reach this level of their matrix, and that any serious builder can hit this mark (and fully qualify it in a month or two).
The Matching check on this level per member is: $384 (remember we don’t count phase 1 earnings so we subtract that from the totals to reach this matching check number). So if you had 10 personally sponsored members who were all qualified on this level, you would earn an additional $3840 per month. (Are you getting excited yet?)
Level 6 (64 members total) = We pay $12 per member =$768 earned on this level = $1646 total earned per month. **You cash out $658.4 each month and $987.60 goes into your Forex Account each month**
(You must have 5 personally sponsored members to earn on this level. *hint* If you absolutely can’t recruit, you can afford to pay for them!)
Again, we wanted to “double up” on the earnings going from level 5 to level 6, and while this level is considered an “upper level” we still know that with an aggressive builder, or even a long term casual builder this level is going to be reached quite frequently. (I’m qualifying this level in my first month.)
At this stage of the “game” you are able to pay some bills each month, and you have an aggressively growing Forex account that is compounding monthly. Within 5 years you are most likely a millionaire.
While fully qualifying this level does take some effort to achieve, the ability to become a millionaire in 5 years we feel is worth the effort. At some point in time you must ask yourself, “how bad do you want it?”
Matching Bonus on this level per member is: $768. So if you had 10 personally sponsored members who were all qualified on this level you would earn an additional $7680 per month. (Quite a bit larger than the House Bonus we deleted.)
Level 7 (128 members total) = We pay $11 per member = $1408 earned on this level = $3054 total earned per month. **You cash out $1221.60 each month and $1832.40 goes into your Forex Account each month.**
(You must have 10 personally sponsored members to earn on this level. *hint* if you absolutely can’t recruit, you can afford to pay for them! I know….we’ve just made this matrix really tough to qualify for …./sarcasm off……the reality is you could pay for 20….if you really had to.)
Some members will hit this level in their first few months, and others may take a year or two.
The bottom line is at $3054 per month with undoubtedly a substantial chunk of matching check bonuses in the works, most people would be able to quit their jobs when they fully qualify on this one.
At this point, you have about 2,000 people in your organization, and if you are a typical recruiter/team builder you’ve got at least 10 people that you are earning matching check bonuses off of.
Life has become stress free, and whether or not you keep your “dayjob” is up to you.
With a compounding Forex program, your mortgage payment being paid each month, and anywhere between a couple thousand to several thousand in matching check bonuses, you probably walk around with a big smile on your face in your day to day “routines”.
Your Forex account is growing in leaps and bounds, and your monthly take home does not take long to break the 6k per month mark.
After 1 years time at this pay level your Forex account will easily have $30,000 in it (with matching check bonuses included), and if the idea of earning 13-14% on average per month on that account doesn’t excite you I’m not sure what will.
Level 8 (256 members total) = We pay $8 per level = $2408 earned on this level =$5102 total earned per month. **You cash out $2040.80 each month and $3061.20 goes into your Forex Account each month.**
(You must have 15 personally sponsored members to earn on this level. *hint…..And I know you’re getting tired of these hints* you could pay for them all if you really couldn’t recruit……but at this level of income, if you’re friends, family, coworkers and random people on the street aren’t banging down your door to join you in this opportunity, then you can just paint me purple and call me Barney the Dino.)
Matching checks + 2k per month + 3k compounding Forex account monthly = Mmmmm Mmmm Good.

Our goal was to create a matrix that got people into profit faster than any other company in the industry and we feel we have done that.

Word is the company’s first 10 levels are filled, and they “flipped the switch” so people are now building team matrices.
In other words, if you joined the company and fell within the first 10 levels of the company’s original 2×10 matrix then you were placed left to right, level by level.
NOW, you are more “in control” of your own team and its growth. Your personally sponsored members will start falling directly below you in your personal matrix. To me, this is a very good thing.
It’s ironic - i think i would have had more people in my personal matrix had this always been the case!
So, the question of “where is so-and-so, I personally sponsored them but they are not in my matrix” should no longer be an issue. If you are upset that your people didn’t fall below, think of it this way…
You STILL personally sponsored them, and will still have the ability to earn 50% matching matrix bonuses from them….SO, you still have a strong incentive to help them build THEIR matrix out, even though it’s not necessarily YOUR matrix - because the more matrix earnings they earn, the more your 50% match will be.
This may actually help out company wide, since teams are dispersed all over the freakin’ place. For instance, I’ve got a personally sponsored member who himself sponsored over 40 people. He is not in my matrix. I’m guessing most of his 40 people aren’t in his. But, I want HIS matrix earnings to be solid, and he wants his team’s matrix earnings to be good (so the match will be good :).
It’s definitely a unique launch….but it’s only just getting started!

Okay - things are starting to settle down in terms of making
sure people are on board. I have a few important updates:
1. If you have not already paid, please do so immediately.
A lot of you have already successfully paid, but if you have
not, you need to log-in to the backoffice area and get that
taken care. There should be a pop-up notification asking you
to complete payment. If this happens, proceed. If it does
not happen, submit a “support ticket” from within the backoffice.
2. IF you have already paid, OR once you complete your payment
from #1 above, you need to set up your account’s “autoship” status.
To do this, simply log-in to your back office, click on “Options”
> click on “Autoship” > From the drop down menu select “Forex
Webinar Training Package” > click “Add Item” > click “Update”.
You should the a “Date of Next Autoship:” of next month’s date.
If you know you should have some personally sponsored members,
you can click on “PS Summary” to view your personally sponsored
members and their status. If it says “Pending” then they need
to pay (step #1 above) and set up their autoship (step #2 above).
If they are “Active” just remind them to set up their autoship
described above.
You can also click on “Viewer Graphical” to see if anyone has been
placed in your matrix yet. If this is empty - do NOT freak out!
We will be working with everyone once this gets going to ensure
continued growth. Remember - this is not even 2 full days old yet.
Please email me when you get a chance with your current matrix size
(even if it’s zero) so I can make sure to help those of you who are
in need a more assistance first. NOTE - this is ONLY for my
