If you get a little nervous when it comes to building an organization, I’ve got some good news for you. With Oceanside Wealth’s pay plan, you only need 6 people across your first two levels to be in PROFIT. The key here is you now have full access to the managed forex account and are essentially operating your business for free.
For you business builders out there, here’s the scoop. Oceanside Wealth starts with a 2×10 forced matrix, divided into two “phases” based on earnings and qualifications to earn on the respective levels.
Phase 1 - With your first two levels filled (6 people total), regardless of who sponsored them into your downline, your monthly product costs are covered, you are in a small profit position, and now you can take advantage of the forex trading at essentially zero cost. When your third level is full, you are earning $110! This means with only 14 people on your team, you are in profit approximately $50!
Your matrix can begin to fill through your own personal efforts and those of your “upline” team. Because it is a forced matrix, each level can only have a certain number of members on it. For example, if your first level is full and you sponsor someone, they have to fall on your second level. In turn, people on your first level had a member placed in their matrix by you. The same can happen to you, through the efforts of those members “above” you (your sponsorship line).
Here is the earning breakdown for Phase 1, which includes the first three levels of your personal 2×10 matrix.
Upon joining OSW, each new member will immediately be placed into Phase 1, which consists of levels 1-3 in the overall matrix. The first level pays $5, the 2nd $15, and the 3rd $5. Your total earnings for Phase 1 can be completed as follows:
Level 1: ($5) X 2 members = $10
Level 2: ($15) x 4 members = $60
Level 3: ($5) x 8 members = $40
Phase One Total = $110
Once you complete Phase 1 of the matrix, $60 per month will go toward the standard monthly Forex program fee. The remaining $50 can be cashed out or invested into the Forex program. There are NO sponsoring requirements to participate at this level of the compensation plan.
Phase 2 - this is where you can really get into profit! The second Phase accounts for the remaining levels in your personal matrix, levels 4-10. When you reach Phase 2, you will receive access to an advanced training on asset protection. Your upgrade is automatic and you have NO additional “out of pocket” expenses.
The Phase 2 60/40 Rule means that 60% of your monthly matrix commissions will be directly deposited into your forex trading account. Funds placed in the forex program must remain in the account for a term of 12 months. You are able to withdraw any monthly profits (from interest earned) as well as the remaining 40% of your matrix earnings monthly.
Below is a detailed breakdown of your earnings potential in Phase 2, along with the Personal Sponsorship requirements (”Required Personals”) to earn at the respective levels.
As you can see, you are also eligible for “50% Matching Bonuses” on any member you personally sponsor, who themselves is qualified to earn Phase 2 commissions. For example, if you are Phase 2 qualified and you have personally sponsored five Phase 2 qualified members who each have their matrix filled through four levels, you would earn an additional $160 (50% of their Phase 2 matrix earnings, not including Phase 1 earnings) times FIVE for a total of $800 just in your matching bonus!
