I’ve gotten a lot of emails about “Who is my sponsor?“, “Where am I in your matrix?“, etc.

Your sponsor is the person whose username you joined under. If I’m your sponsor, you would have visited http://www.OceansideWealth.com/dcutter (username = dcutter).

If you joined in the first two or three days, you may NOT end up in your sponsor’s own matrix, because of the “company forced” initial matrix.  For this reason, if I’m your sponsor (unless you join from now on), you are probably not in my matrix.

That’s OK - I still want to help you!

Word is the company’s first 10 levels are filled, and they “flipped the switch” so people are now building team matrices.

In other words, if you joined the company and fell within the first 10 levels of the company’s original 2×10 matrix then you were placed left to right, level by level.

NOW, you are more “in control” of your own team and its growth.  Your personally sponsored members will start falling directly below you in your personal matrix.  To me, this is a very good thing.

It’s ironic - i think i would have had more people in my personal matrix had this always been the case!

So, the question of “where is so-and-so, I personally sponsored them but they are not in my matrix” should no longer be an issue.  If you are upset that your people didn’t fall below, think of it this way…

You STILL personally sponsored them, and will still have the ability to earn 50% matching matrix bonuses from them….SO, you still have a strong incentive to help them build THEIR matrix out, even though it’s not necessarily YOUR matrix - because the more matrix earnings they earn, the more your 50% match will be.

This may actually help out company wide,  since teams are dispersed all over the freakin’ place.  For instance, I’ve got a personally sponsored member who himself sponsored over 40 people.  He is not in my matrix.  I’m guessing most of his 40 people aren’t in his.  But, I want HIS matrix earnings to be solid, and he wants his team’s matrix earnings to be good (so the match will be good :).

It’s definitely a unique launch….but it’s only just getting started!

Okay - things are starting to settle down in terms of making
sure people are on board. I have a few important updates:

1. If you have not already paid, please do so immediately.
A lot of you have already successfully paid, but if you have
not, you need to log-in to the backoffice area and get that
taken care. There should be a pop-up notification asking you
to complete payment. If this happens, proceed. If it does
not happen, submit a “support ticket” from within the backoffice.

2. IF you have already paid, OR once you complete your payment
from #1 above, you need to set up your account’s “autoship” status.
To do this, simply log-in to your back office, click on “Options”
> click on “Autoship” > From the drop down menu select “Forex
Webinar Training Package” > click “Add Item” > click “Update”.
You should the a “Date of Next Autoship:” of next month’s date.

If you know you should have some personally sponsored members,
you can click on “PS Summary” to view your personally sponsored
members and their status. If it says “Pending” then they need
to pay (step #1 above) and set up their autoship (step #2 above).
If they are “Active” just remind them to set up their autoship
described above.

You can also click on “Viewer Graphical” to see if anyone has been
placed in your matrix yet. If this is empty - do NOT freak out!
We will be working with everyone once this gets going to ensure
continued growth. Remember - this is not even 2 full days old yet.

Please email me when you get a chance with your current matrix size
(even if it’s zero) so I can make sure to help those of you who are
in need a more assistance first.  NOTE - this is ONLY for my
personally sponsored members. If you did not join with me, you
should connect with your personal sponsor first for help. I’m willing
to help, but must first help my team.

I wanted to chime in with a quick note to the frustrated members and prospects on Team Avalanche.

YES, the launch according to most people’s standards was NOT a smooth ride. The timing, the errors, the ASA drama (which, by the way, I would encourage people to just ignore if possible), the ups and downs, the dead links, etc.

Can you imagine the stress & pressure our main man Broker was feeling trying to keep people up to date while probably getting tons of calls, emails, PM’s, and instant messages?

So - some people may have missed out on what they consider to be key “matrix positions” within the community forced portion. I don’t know where that stands at this point.

BUT, what I can tell you is there are a lot of leaders on Team Avalanche, starting at the top with Broker, who will be putting marketing campaigns, support systems, websites, videos, lead generation strategies and trainings, co-op ad campaigns, etc. to ensure continued growth and depth well beyond the “company matrix” and into YOUR personal matrix.

Some people will have been blessed to get an “early bird” spot in the matrix, but let’s take a step back for a quick refresher:

- Oceanside Wealth is BRAND NEW
- Let’s not forget about the PRODUCT, which in and of itself has the potential to earn you a small, or large, fortune
- You are STILL one of the first people in the world to know about it
- There is NOTHING stopping you from starting on level 15, and filling your own matrix
- Regardless of where you fall, you will have leaders above you, potentially many leaders above you, who will still be working to build depth at all levels of their group…tap into these people
- I learned a LONG time ago in this business the BEST way to build your own business is to CREATE YOUR OWN MOMENTUM
- You are part of THE best overall team in the company
- think longer term than just this launch - instead think about sponsoring a few people each month and helping them duplicate, as well as invest and compound your interest & earnings in the forex account month after month

One of the things I keep telling myself about this is that this product is the ONLY one I know of in network marketing that all by itself, creates value and has the potential to create wealth. People paying $100-250 EVERY MONTH for consumable nutritional juices, powders, pills, and lotions. There is nothing wrong with that, but at the end of the day, those products CANNOT build wealth.

So over the course of 12 months, assuming an “autoship” of $150, people are spending $1800 JUST on the products, that at the end of that year, are GONE. consumed. And let’s not forget, nearly all of these people are NOT making ANY money, not even breaking even.

HYPOTHETICAL SCENARIO — What if you put $150 each month toward your Oceanside Wealth “retirement” account - even if you never sponsored a soul into the matrix. If the forex averages only 5% monthly, at a bare minimum, assuming you always pay your $60 monthly product fee out of the $150, leaving 90 added to your account, you should have at least $1500 in your managed forex account. If it can average 15% monthly, you’ll have approximately $3000.

Our product BY ITSELF can create wealth. It stands on its own in its ability to truly become an income-producing asset.

While the excitement of the matrix can certainly be compelling, let’s also try to keep this in perspective.

Don’t tell yourself you can’t sponsor anyone, or that you are “out of luck” since you didn’t “get in at the top.” Remember - whatever you tell yourself, you are right. Think positive. BE positive. Take positive actions. Positive results will follow.

Okay, so I KNOW today was crazy, frustrating, depressing, a handful
of other emotions with the “launch” of Oceanside Wealth. It also
turned out to be a VERY bad day to be away from email, as I had a
ton of “troubleshooting” type emails asking what was up, links not
working, etc.

My mother turned 60 earlier this week, and my wife and I drove down
to Greensboro to throw her a surprise birthday party with family
and friends. It was a good time - but unfortunately it coincided
with lots of “drama” regarding this launch.

Here’s what I do know:

Late last night, one of the “early leaders” leaked their sign-up
links/usernames. This caused a flurry of signups and drama, because
NO ONE was supposed to be signing up at that point.

The company had to delete everyone that was in the system. Then,
it seems like this morning at the 10am EDT, the website was under
a “denial of service” attack. Apparently their is some unethical
and unprofessional people out there, some of whom were involved in
promoting Oceanside Wealth.

Broker has proven above and beyond my expectations as a leader with
the utmost professionalism, looking out for his team and the entire
company. He is supposed to be contacting his leaders tomorrow
afternoon sometime with an IMPORTANT UPDATE.

So - where does that leave you? Well, let’s just say that when all
the dust settles and things work out the way it sounds like they
will, you may very well be in a better position because of all this.

If this prelaunch hiccup is “too much” for you to deal with, then
I apologize and can understand your frustrations. I would, however,
HIGHLY encourage to just hang tight and keep your eyes focused on
the power behind what Oceanside Wealth has to offer, from both a
network marketing business opportunity as well as forex investment
vehicle.

Some of you are worried about not being able to generate referrals.
If you are on our team, you will not only get a ton of training,
but will also have access to tools and systems (that will be put
in place by the leadership) that will allow you to build your
referral base…even if you have no clue right now.

The only thing I can say at this point is to try to stay tuned to
your email box for updates, every few hours if possible. It will
be worth the hassle in the long run.
